Urs-Peter Schmidt, Switzerland

Urs-Peter Schmidt studied economics before he started his career at Kraft Foods, part of Mondelēz International, 17 years ago. In the past, Urs-Peter Schmidt has been responsible for many of Kraft Foods’ iconic brands, most of all Milka.

Beside the development of the brand, he has been playing a leading role in terms of Milka’s sustainability process and initiated various projects to improve the ecological impact of Milka, for example through the implementation of the resealable Milka Flow Pack.
