Catrin Krueger is Consultant for sustainable consumption and CSR at the VERBRAUCHER INITIATIVE e.V.

VERBRAUCHER INITIATIVE e.V. is an independent, civil, non-profit organization with focus on ecological, social and health related issues of consumer protection and sustainable consumption. Founded in 1985 the organizations main goal is to inform consumers and stimulate sustainable markets by a range of information tools, media work, public campaigning, networking and cooperation.

Catrin Krueger joined the VERBRAUCHER INITIATIVE in 2011 where she develops and manages projects to strengthen consumer orientation and support sustainable action in civil society and the business sector. She has studied economics in Berlin and has been active in national and international projects in the field of sustainable management, communication and consumption for over 15 years. She has worked as consultant and research associate with MNCs, SMEs, NGOs and Science in the areas of environmental management, issue management, CSR, sustainability communication and sustainable consumption.
